Xu Xian: He instructs Reyna to drive to the farm in Queens. Meanwhile, he strips off his stinky Fausto clothes and puts on jeans, cowboy boots, and a denim shirt.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: And out she drives, switching the radio station to a good classic rock station on the way.

Micah Carrington: Micah had come dressed appropriately today, faded blue jeans, black cowboy boots and a black button down shirt. His curls are slicked back and tied into a tight tail at the nape of his neck and he's oddly devoid of makeup.Despite this everything has that Queer Eye kinda twist. The sleeves were rolled up on the shirt and the bottom four buttons were open, revealing the large belt buckle that held the jeans low on his hips.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Color change for sanity))

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She pulls the car up to the farm, stopping at the driveway and killing the engine. She looks over at Xu. "We going cowboy hunting?"

Micah Carrington: Micah is all but bouncing with child-like excitement in the backseat, one hand on the door though he does wait for Xu to get out of the car before following.

Xu Xian: "Sort of. Riding lessons." He sniffs, gets out of the car, blinking at the sunlight. he slips his Raybans on. "I need a hat."

Micah Carrington: Micah follows, fingers adjusting his jeans as he looks around.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She steps out of the car as well. "Y'all need to spend a few years in New Mexico. We learn to exist without hats." She shuts the door and looks around. She's not classic cowgirl, but with her tank top and steel-toed Docs, but the jeans and duster help.

Xu Xian: He sniffs again, and starts walking across the parking area toward the barn.

Micah Carrington: Brow arching, Micha follows.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She's third person in this line, moving along, eyes scanning around out of habit.

Micah Carrington: "So, how are you today, Xu," he asks, trying to fall into the more familiar tones used when they were here.

Xu Xian: "Sober," he says, sounding almost disappointed. "You?"

Micah Carrington: "Happy to be here with you and excited that we're riding western style today!"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She grins at the boy's enthusiasm, and follows along behind them.

Xu Xian: "Do you know Reyna?"

Micah Carrington: "Yes." He nods and flashes Rayna a bright smile. "Hi Miss Reiruno."

Xu Xian: 2,7,2,5,5,6,2,

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Micah." She nods to him. "Did you get the message passed you needed to?"

Xu Xian: When he reaches the end of the barn, where the voices of the instructor can be heard refreshing on what they learned last week, about haltering the horses and preparing them for the saddle, he finally stops and does his 'check the area for ambush' look around.

Micah Carrington: "Yes, Ma'am." He nods and skitters forward, eager for the horses.

Xu Xian: When everything seems in order he pauses to pull Reyna into an embrace and kiss her. "Thanks for driving us here."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Coolio." She looks out at the horses, smiling a little, arms crossed.

Xu Xian: Micah finds Marshmallow still in his stall, needing to be haltered and brought out to the corral with the others.

Micah Carrington: Micah grabs the halter and, talking softly, approaches the stall. "Hey, sweet girl...C'mon, lets get you outside."

Xu Xian: Marshmallow is the compliant old horse of last week, snuffling Micah's pockets looking for sweets or carrots.

Micah Carrington: Laughing and smiling, he feeds her a sugar cube, gets her haltered and leads her out.

Xu Xian: 4,

Xu Xian: He kisses Reyna again. "You sticking around?"

Xu Xian: "Or do you already know how to saddle and ride?"

Micah Carrington: "Please stay Miss Reiruno," he asks, glancing at her with a smile.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She meets the kiss, and smiles. "Me, know how to saddle and ride a horse? That would be a no, Bob." She chuckles, leaning into him. "Learned a lot of skills in Los Alamos. Horses wasn't one of 'em."

Xu Xian: "I'll just add you to the class," he says, moving over to talk to the instructor. "Micah, you fill her in on what we learned last week."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She shrugs a little, and nods amicably enough. "A'ight. Seen a horse before...just never ridden one." She grins after him and looks to Micah.

Xu Xian: And then they're instructed to saddle and bridle the horses, while the instructor and her assistant move along the row of tied horses, checking up on people's progress.

Micah Carrington: Micah glances expectantly at Xu as he changes out the halter for the bridal, fully expecting the other to saddle the horse.

Xu Xian: Xu doesn't respond to Micah's question, remaining in the silent, intense, withdrawn state, absorbing all the information. He double checks Reyna's brushing of the horse, goes over a spot he wasn't happy with, and then starts to fit the saddle pad.

Micah Carrington: He glances at Reina apologetically, being familiar with this mood.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She shrugs a little, not seeming to mind. She moves as instructed, helping get the saddle and bridle on however she can.

Micah Carrington: Micah watches and moves in to slap at the horses belly lightly, waiting for her to exhale so he can help Xu cinch the saddle up.

Xu Xian: He pulls tightly on the cinch when the horse exhales, then lowers the stirrup and steps back motioning for either of them to mount first.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks to Micah, seeing if he's going to go first...she saw how excited he was. If he doesn't move, she steps up, setting foot in the stirrup and trying to mount Marshmellow.

Micah Carrington: He gestures with playfull gallantry for Reyna to step forward. "Mount up cowgirl."

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "A'oght, cowboy." She grins and gets up on the horse, taking two tries to make it up. They always misjudge how far up the leg needs to get, or how much bounce they need to hop up high enough.

Micah Carrington: He grins and glances at Xu then back up to Reyna. "She looks good on a horse."

Xu Xian: He helps Reyna up, steadying her with a hand on her ass, watching her intently as she sits in the saddle. He adjusts the stirrup for her, then moves round to the other side and does that.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Thanks, Micah." She smiles to him as she lets Xu do the adjusting.

Xu Xian: He moves to the horse's head and takes the reins, handing them up to Reyna.

Micah Carrington: "Welcome, Ma'am!" He smiles.

Xu Xian: He seems inordinately, eeriely intense, his gaze very focused as he watches Reyna adjust to the position. When the instructor tells them to, he starts leading her around the ring, one hand on the horse's bridle.

Micah Carrington: Micah hops up onto the fence to watch.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She takes the reins from Xu and starts to guide the horse, with the Asian's help. She seems at easy on the horse, even if the whole thing is new to her.

Micah Carrington: "You guys look good together!"

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She smiles at Micah's words, though she pays attention to the horse and where she's going. No spooking the animal twice her size who she's on top of.

Xu Xian: After one lap around the ring, the instructor tells the partners to let the student on the horse guide the horse, and Xu peels off to go sit beside Micah and watch Reyna with the horse, that same distant intensity in his gaze.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: And she nods to Xu with a smile as he leaves, then goes to take it around herself.

Xu Xian: ((Let's pause or summarize this. you guys are into a different scene and I need to do some work on the motherboard of another comp.))

Micah Carrington: "You okay, Xu," he asks softly, glancing at the other. He's even more intense then last time.

Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Either's good with me...up to you guys.))
