the fish down stairs... then heads on up.*

The General calls every one who's currently available and requests them to meet
at the Penthouse.
Angelia Caponelli: Ang geads yo ti rge
penthouse. She's dressed in the soft purples and greys she seems to favor these
days. Turtleneck, long sleeves, long skirt, dainty little boots. Her firesnake
pendent as always, and the steel thumb ring. She's got little white flowers
tucked into her braid, a pleasent smile on her lips and a glitter in her dark
eyes that betrays that she's far more happy then her other wise restrained
countenance is allowing to show through.
Karlos Basoalto: ((Let's pretend this is after
my current midtown scene *G*))
Karlos Basoalto: ((*peers at SG* Dude, lay off
the cocaine))
Jinchiro Satu:
((*pretends*))
Angelia Caponelli: (Wow that was a horribly
typo laiden post. That's what I get tfor watching the kittens playing while I"m
typing)
Angelia Caponelli: (that should have been,
Ang heads up to the penthouse.)
Silkie: *Amazingly clean, her wet hair is
pulled into a long braid down her back. She's wearing a white cotton shirt,
levis and a leather jacket that's too big. Her feet are bare.*
Jinchiro Satu:
Satu is waiting in the living room, watching the flames in the fireplace. He
rises to greet them, bowing but not very deeply.
Angelia Caponelli: She bows a little deeper
then he does to them and waits for him to invite them to sit.
Silkie: *Stays close to Ang because she
thinks Jinchiro is kind of creepy. She returns the bow with equal shallowness.*
Karlos Basoalto: He bows to Satu as deeply as
Satu bows to him, but he does at least kick off his shoes at the door.
Jinchiro Satu:
"Thank you for coming." He motions to the couches. "Please, sit."
Karlos Basoalto: Slips to
a couch and settles into it, stroking the arm of it absently.
Angelia Caponelli: She nods and moves to
take a seat, giving Silkie a bit of a reassuring smile.
Silkie: *Smiles at Karlos. She hardly seems
him much any more, but she settles down beside Angelia, crowding her some.*
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She's there too.
Sitting next to Angelia, relaxed. At least she's taken the Santa hat off.
Jinchiro Satu:
"I commend you on your capture of Miss Nguyen's sentai, and I wished to discuss
the ramifications of this."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((Fine, next to
sexy-man Karlos, sine Silkie took my spot.))
Angelia Caponelli: She smiles to Reyna a bit
and nods to Satu, "Thank you for taking them in here and your efforts to help
cleanse them General."
Silkie: ((Silkie and Rey make an Angelia
sandwich. *c*))
Karlos Basoalto: ((I am teh sexy!))
Okami Yuki: ((humm.... )) *She'll come in with
them?, actually bowing more then her usual to her Uncle*
Jinchiro Satu:
He seems grim, a bit forboding. But then, he always does. He sits and looks them
all over. "I am unsure if Miss Nguyen will recover. Her brain appears to have
been...implanted with some device. The cleansing has shut down most of her
cognitive functions."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She smiles a bit at
the congratulations, idly wondering if the ramifications include a beach
vacation. Somehow, she doubts it.
Silkie: *Squeezes over even more and pats
the couch for Okami to come sit on her other side.*
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: Ewww. Das no gut. She
looks to Jinchiro.
Silkie: "Can't the implant be removed?"
Okami Yuki: *she'll do take a seat, perfectly
still. Though a light frown comes to her features, waiting to hear all of it...
knows there must be more*
Angelia Caponelli: She frowns slightly, "Is
she stable at very least on life suport?" She puts an arm around Silkie since
the woman's pressed up against her side already. "When we've retreived and
cleansed Spyder he should be able to remove what ever was implanted in her."
Silkie: *Wonders if she could do brain
surgery... she'd need a saw.... what would licking a brain feel like?*
Okami Yuki: ((*blinks* thanks the Gaia we CAN
NOT read Silkie's mind!))
Angelia Caponelli: (*chokes*)
Jinchiro Satu:
"Spyder?"
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Worth a shot anyway,
right?" She nods to Angelia, and looks back the General.
Karlos Basoalto: ((Yeah, it's OK for YOU guys!

Okami Yuki: ((*giggleS* well.... what a HEar

firstly listening*
Angelia Caponelli: "He's a kinfolk who we
brought in who's particularly gifted with computers and cybernetics. I believe
he was brought down to look at the computers we brought in. I don't know if you
made his aquiantance at that time. He was infected by the agyrhithm while trying
to hack into one of the computers."
Silkie: "I might be able to do it," she
pipes up.
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((*Pets the poor
telepath*))
Angelia Caponelli: "No Silkie... we need a
special kind of Doctor to remove them."
Karlos Basoalto: "Could Deck do it?" he murmurs
softly.
Jinchiro Satu:
"But he is infected?" He frowns.
Jinchiro Satu:
"Who is Deck?"
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "Where the he..." She
glances at Jinchiro a second. "..eeavan is Spyder, anyway?"
Angelia Caponelli: She nods to Satu with a
frown.
Silkie: "If we just cut off the top of her
skull..." *hands moving like she's unscrewing the lid off something* "We can
pluck out the implant and I'll lick her brain." *Looking utterly confident that
it would work.*
Angelia Caponelli: SHe looks down at Silkie
and shakes her head, "No. It's not that simple."
Karlos Basoalto: "Dr. Derrick Flanigan is a
neurosurgeon."
Okami Yuki: *She deffinitively gives a slightly
startled look to Silkie, a light frown, before she half closes her eyes and
makes her eyes look to Uncel and others again*
Jinchiro Satu:
"Would this Dr. Flanagan be...an acceptable...and...discreet sort?"
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks at like,
face blank for a moment, like a deer caught in headlights. "Do huhsiwhatzit?"
The simplicity of Miss Lick It's plan is clearly astonishing to her.
Silkie: *Looks up at Ang.* "Are you sure?"
Angelia Caponelli: She
nods to Silkie, "I'm sure." She nods to Karlos. "Do you remember where he was
transfered to? I could find out."
Okami Yuki: *She looks to Karlos, having not
heard of this doctor*
Karlos Basoalto: "Very discreet." He looks to
Angelia. "I'm afraid not. But I'm sure he'd be easy enough for you to find."
Angelia Caponelli: She nods to Karlos, "I'll
see if I can contact him. It'll be a little difficult seeing as we're very
limited in our methods of communication but I"m sure I can find a way. Oh...
does everyone have a phone from me or Reyna?"
Karlos Basoalto: He nods. "I do."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She hols up her phone
and smiles. It even has Call Waiting.
Okami Yuki: ((well there was the forums
post...))*she nods to Angelia*
Jinchiro Satu:
Jinchiro nods. "Yes it ws delivered to my office. Thank you."
Angelia Caponelli: She nods. "Good. Besides
Kelly, how are the other Sentai members doing?"
Jinchiro Satu:
(*smacks Reyna for the Call Waiting jibe* So I'm a telephonic Luddite. so sue
me. *G*))
Silkie: *Nods and pats her coat pocket where
she has it sealed in a ziplock baggie. Wonders if it's mayonaise-proof.*
Karlos Basoalto: ((Raggy?))
Jinchiro Satu:
He frowns. "I'm afraid Lanh is also still in a coma. It is hoped he will recover
but we can find no reason for him to remain in that state."
Angelia Caponelli: "We'll keep a close eye
on him then. Deck might be able to find some cause that we haven't been able to
detect."
Okami Yuki: The only one with this... implant
whas Ungyen san?
Karlos Basoalto: "Not everything is
explainable," he murmurs. "Even Deck probably couldn't tell you why some people
are still comatose. The brain is a delicate thing."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She nods. "So what
happens now, then?" She looks at the General. "Kel's coma'd, her sentaimate is,
too. What about Trong? Anyone catch 'im?"
Jinchiro Satu:
He nods to Okami. "The others have been cleansed thanks to Shadowcaster. But
they also require surgery, as they both still have silver in their wounds."
Okami Yuki: *Nods, considering things, and once
more listening*
Jinchiro Satu:
"We have, as yet, no proof of his misconduct. He did not accompany his
sentaimates and so there is no proof he is under the sway of the algorithm."
Angelia Caponelli: She
nods to Karlos and Reyna both, "I would like to arrange for us to presue Trong
as soon as possible. I believe now that we have proof of his corruption we can
put forth a solid case once this is over as to the unjust punishment inflicted
on Trevor and hopefully have him excused for his behavior and tarnish on the
honor of Firesnake and the Body due to his actions, removed."
Silkie: "Maybe I should lick Lahn?"
Karlos Basoalto: "The pattern seems to be that
an infected person will attempt to infect those around him, particularly if
there is some use for their talents. Is there anything in particular that Trong-san
may be talented with?"
Silkie: "We're gonna check Trong anyway,
right?"
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: "But he's being
watched closely at least, right?"
Jinchiro Satu:
"Trong is the Seer of the Court. He was put in after the Snake-friendly Cheung
Li was ousted. He was...supported by the Dragons in Asia."
Karlos Basoalto: "So it is possible that he is
a valuable vector to the Dragons."
Okami Yuki: *tilts her head slightly, looking
to her Uncle, listening*
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She nods amicably.
"We know who he is. Who do we have watching him?"
Silkie: "If his sentai was infected,
wouldn't checking him be recognized as an appropriate caution?"
Jinchiro Satu:
He nods to Karlos. "Yes. It is equally possible he has not been affected by the
algorithm. He has political reasons for causing the Snakes and Zi Teng to lose
face."
Angelia Caponelli: "We can, as always, do
this in a method that allows the Dragons to save face and doesn't 'out' him as
having been corrupted I'm sure."
Karlos Basoalto: He nods. "Absolutely. I am not
intending to imply that he either is or is not affected, simply to cover all
options."
Okami Yuki: Maybe Silkie san has a point?
*speaking, agian softly* As the one Sentai Member not in it, it could be
procedure to just 'check' him. Or offer a Cleansing Rite due to the danger his
own Sentai Brothers could have submited him to...
Angelia Caponelli: "He does. But we can't
risk him running loose if he is corrupted. Doesn't he owe us, so to speak, for
cleansing and caring for his sentai? Surely we can use that favor to get him to
agree to be examined?"
Jinchiro Satu:
"Watanabe is keeping a close eye on him. Trong does not tend toward the use of
electronics. He is Zhong Lung and therefore wary of such gadgets."
Karlos Basoalto: "The algorithm is also able to
infect people through printed or written word."
Jinchiro Satu:
"It would be offensive to imply that the Seer of the Court is so lax as to allow
himself to become tainted with the foulness of Asura."
Jinchiro Satu:
He raises his brow at Karlos, finding that to be a new wrinkle. "I was not aware
that was possible."
Angelia Caponelli: "Can we simply get close
enough to him to check him for wyrm scent and glance at him in the umbra?"
Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
"I gotta go with the flow on this one. The fact that he may have political
reasons doesn't do anything about the fact that he wasn't there. If he was
officiating a banquet, then it was probably dumb luck he wasn't there."
Karlos Basoalto: He nods slightly.
Okami Yuki: *Looking to Karlos, and Uncle,
listening agian, thinking*
Silkie: *Blinks at Karlos, glad she can't
read.*
Angelia Caponelli: She frowns a bit, "I
didn't know that either Karlos... we could have a far more serious problem
then."
Jinchiro Satu:
"He was officiating a banquet wherein they serve bear meat." The General says,
leaving them to make their own conclusions.
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: ((That he was the
only one who wasn't there))
Angelia Caponelli: She nods to the General.
"Do you know of when the next of these feasts is?"
Silkie: "What do you mean lax? Do you think
his Sentai got infected on purpose? Are you all really that arrogant, to think
you're beyond the reach of the wyrm? I'd HOPE my friends would check on me if
there was ever even the slightest reason to suspect I was tainted. It's just
stupid not to."
Karlos Basoalto: He lifts a hand a little,
leaning in to murmur to Silkie.
Reyna Varinia Reiruno:
She blinks at Karlos. "Ah, fuu..." Remembering Satu's there. "...uundamentally
bad." Nice cover. She sighs.
Okami Yuki: *Looks to Silkie, though desists on
reaching for her when Karlos tries to fix it*
Jinchiro Satu:
"It would...however...not be surprising if certain...barbarians were to...learn
of Nguyen's implant and...blame her for the recent troubles with the one you
call Dream." He suggests obliquely.
Angelia Caponelli: Ang just gives Silkie a
little squeeze. Since she whole heartedly agrees.
Silkie: "But... but it's not guilt." Crosses
her arms. "Shit happens."
Okami Yuki: *Smiles faintly at her Uncle's
words, not having see -that- line of the thread*
Angelia Caponelli: "General. Do you know
where we could find Trong? Where he resides or perhaps where he is most commonly
available to the courts?"
Karlos Basoalto: "It's a frightening thing, to
be open to corruption. Some prefer to believe that they are impeccable,
uncorruptible. If we can allow them to keep that belief, they do not lose face,"
he murmurs gently to Silkie.
Jinchiro Satu:
"And of course, Barbabarians, being what they are, would have no manners in
arranging to capture someone like Trong if they believed him to be of the Wyrm."
Jinchiro Satu:
"Particularly if he were...instrumental in...invading their territories to poach
bears?"
Karlos Basoalto: He nods to Jinchiro.
Angelia Caponelli: She nods a bit to
Jinchiro and smiles faintly.
Okami Yuki: ((ponders if that was a droped pm
*s*)) *she keeps looking to her Uncle, noding her head, listening still*
Silkie: "I eat taint, but even I don't
believe it's impossible for the wyrm to get me." Looks at Ang. "We're the
barbarians, right?"
Karlos Basoalto: He shakes his head to Silkie.
Angelia Caponelli: "No the sept is the
barbarians. We're part of the court."
Jinchiro Satu:
"No, you are of the court," he tells Silkie. "You are the Body of Harmony of the
Hundred Blossoms Court."
Jinchiro Satu:
"The question would be...are these Barbarians capable of capturing a
Dragon...without killing it?"
Silkie: "If we knew where they were hunting, we could set a trap. I could make a bear to bait them."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She grins a little.
"I can do damage control with the Parkies, if that's what we need. They're
starting to like me, I think." Damage control, my ass. Stirring shit up is more

Silkie: *Quirks her lips, like she'd rather
be counted amongst the barbarians, since they're the ones who are gonna do the
right thing.*
Okami Yuki: *Nods to Uncle words and then looks

Duty to stand strongh before Asura... so, individiutally, we must not allowd it

Silkie: *Just blinks, watching the General,
not sure what he's getting at.*

"So it is with the Courts. We have traditions that uphold us and protect us.
Most of the time, such traditions are very beneficial and very useful. Other
times...they cause harm. But it would cause even more harm for the reef to
attack itself. So it is good that the Emerald Mother provides us with wandering
Barracuda who will prey on the harmful part but not damage the healthy part."
Silkie: "The sun makes the coral grow," she offers.
Okami Yuki: *Smiles
faintly again, listening to uncle explaing to silkie*
Silkie: "It doesn't have to think about the
sun. It just knows that reaching towards it is right. Sometimes, you just know
what's right."
Jinchiro Satu:
He nods. "And Asura is like the cloudy, effluent water that blocks the sun and
kills the reef."
Jinchiro Satu:
"Troung may not be Asura. He may simply be like the parrotfish that eats away at
the strength of the reef. And for the good of the reef, it would be good for a
barracuda to find him."
Silkie: *Nods. Maybe he gets it, afterall.*
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She grins. "Leave it
to me. I'll kick the silt up, get the pirhanas good and angry."
Silkie: "Parrot fish are delicious." *G*
Angelia Caponelli: She nods to Reyna, "Thank
you sister. I'll see about finding Deck then. Anything else we should keep an
eye out for General? As far as reprocussions go?"
Silkie: *Leans around to look at Reyna.* "Pirhanas
live in fresh water."

He smiles and nods to Reyna, and looks to the others. "Can one of you contact
this Deck and see if he would be willing to perform surgery on Miss Nguyen and
her sentai?"
Okami Yuki: *Smiles softly more, looking to
Reyna, and back to Uncle at Angelia question*

that someone else is on his wavelength.
Silkie: "Malcolm?" Looks at Karlos.

Silkie again* We are just stiring Silkie san, not reaching *looking back to
Uncle, she frowns faintly but nods, looking towards Karlos, well is the one who
knows Malcolm more*
Karlos Basoalto: Gives Silkie a faint nod.

He nods at Silkie's question.
Angelia Caponelli: She nods as well, "So
we're going to pull Malcolm before going after the Doc then?"
Silkie: "I'll go with you, Karlos."

murmurs. "This is not something to be attempted by half."

looks confused here on 'the plan'. "Reyna can find him when we need to."

to do it now," he says quietly.

"I am not entirely familiar with the Doctor, but from what the OWW tells me, the
Doctor only operates in the Mirror Lands. If Anwyl is not in this world, then he
is more than likely with the doctor, or in a location much closer to the doctor
than any lab here."
Okami Yuki: *she regards Karlos still, nodding
as he says as she. Looking to Angelia, regarding her Sentai* We need URgahalt
san too... but we should start moving
Silkie: Ang> "Will you dedicate my phone and
clothes so I don't lose them if I need to shift?"
Angelia Caponelli: "Of course I will Silkie,"
She nods to Okami, "We do."
Karlos Basoalto: He offers his hand to Reyna.

understanding what is that they are doing*
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks from
Angelia to Karlos, head tilted to the side a bit, still holding his hand. She
listens quietly.
Angelia Caponelli: "No but I believe it
doesn't matter who holds his connection at this particular moment and that it's
better not to give it to you or I as we're most likely to be corrupted when we
go after him."
Silkie: *Gives Karlos a confused look.*
"What's wrong?"
Silkie: "I'm probably the hardest to
corrupt..."
Karlos Basoalto: "Attuned. Corruption takes
longer. And if we dispose of Schondorf in the meantime, the algorithm will die."
Angelia Caponelli: "You know what I mean."
Okami Yuki: *Still regarding them, quietly,
still*
Karlos Basoalto: "Silkie should do it." He
tilts his head, gazing at Angelia, curious as to her true objection.
Silkie: "And since I don't umm, kill things.
Maybe it would be safest with me."
Angelia Caponelli: She smiles a little, "We
split them up so we wouldn't have all out connections to Rose and Caradoc in one
basket Karlos. And you're most likely to be swayed by Malcolm or fall prey to
what got you before while I'm most likely to pick up and attune to something at
random. It's safer with any of them. How about we find Ingvar, get some darts
and ammo together and get ready to do this thing instead."
Karlos Basoalto: "A balance must be struck
between safety and effectiveness."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She looks between Karlos and Angelia. "Hey, yo.
Guys. Hold up." She smiles a little. "This should be about who's best to do it,
not who everyone wants to do it. Karlos, if you think Silkie's best, then that's
fine. I got it right now, and I'm leaving it in your hands."
Angelia Caponelli: "So leave it with Reyna.
She's safe and effective. The second Mal's cleaned up we're going to give it
back to him."
Okami Yuki: *Shakes her head slightly, speaking
softly* I believe we lost Malcolm san and Boasalto san in their time because
they were alone... if we move toguether, and remind toguether as the Sentai we
are... we should be strongher to confronth this corruption and this threath
Karlos Basoalto: "I believe that I am best to
do it." His voice is quiet. Subdued.
Jinchiro Satu:
Since they seem to have slid into a private conversation, he rises and excuses
himself letting them know they can contact him at his office on the 42nd floor
Angelia Caponelli: (gotta run in 15) "Then
have it if you don't think your previous exposure makes you more vulnerable."
Silkie: *Her eyes
flicker doubtfully between them all.*
Okami Yuki: *she'll look towards Uncle,
wishpering a soft* be safe Uncle and Blessed by the Mother *in Japanese, with a
head bow*
Silkie: *Gives the departing Jinchiro-san a
bow.*
Karlos Basoalto: "If this were Trevor," he says
gently, gazing at Angelia, "I would insist you carried his Rose."
Reyna Varinia Reiruno: She nods to Karlos. "You wanna try this again,
then? Or what?" She looks at him with curious eyes.
Karlos Basoalto: "If Rose leads into the Umbra,
I cannot follow," he says softly, looking to Reyna. "Best Silkie carries her."
Silkie: "I think if you're all going to
fight, you'll be at greater potential risk of capture and corruption than I
will, because I'm gonna hide when the fighting starts. And I'm very fast, so not
many things can catch me."
Okami Yuki: *and then she looks to Angelia* I
do not believe I fully understand this... but not so long ago I made a remark on
trusting each other... at this moment *softly* i believe the only word I can say
is -Trust- *and she then looks to Karlos* and this time we remind toguether...
Silkie: Karlos> "Why can't you go in the
